3) Elemental Sword (see weapon requirement)

Requirement:
1) Req 8-9 Tactic or Strength and must be max armor 16
2) Stats must have +30(always)/-2 in stance or
3) +30(always)/-5(20%) or
4) +30(always)/-2 enchanted

For the weapon:
1) Max damage = 15-22
2) Req 7-8
3) 15% when health is above 50%(15>50 or 15%^50%)
